Hit Refresh with Saranghae

Have you ever looked at your skin and wished you could hit a refresh button?  My skin had not been a priority of late and it looked like it felt - neglected, dry and redness lurked around my nose and chin.  UGGH. When I was approached to try Saranghae's Korean 5 Step Anti-Aging Routine, I was immediately intrigued.  I had heard that Korean Beauty was "all the rage" and my skin needed help.

I went to their website www.lovesaranghae.com to learn about their products. I was delighted to find that Saranghae products are rooted in a 600 year heirloom document; their modern day formulations are filled with botanicals and antioxidents.  For instance, the Deep Radiance Essence + Serum has 10% Phellinus Linteus (Sang Hwang) Mushroom extract and it is the foundation of Saranghae's  5-step  routine.  As I read on,  every product had some unique botanical ingredient and/or innovative technology.  These products were clean, derived from plants and other natural ingredients and promised to heal, regenerate and heal my skin.  What's not to like here?

The 5 step routine is easy as 1-2-3-4 (and sometimes 5). Sharanghae suggests that you give it a try for 30 days. But after using the products daily for 2 weeks, there was some drama on my end.  I was called out of town on a family emergency.  Being without the product for 10 days straight, I noticed my skin was not as hydrated and dewy looking as the previous two weeks using the five step routine.  Oh my gosh, it was then that I realized the products really were working; that's what really sold me! I returned to the 5 step routine, and honestly, my skin has never looked better.

PRODUCT REVIEW

Step 1. Saranghae Nourishing & Moisturizing Oil + Foam Cleanser with Truffle Extract & Gold. 

Yeah that's right, truffle extract & gold.  It's like sunshine in a bottle, with its golden honey color and light citrus scent.  It removes make-up with ease and leaves your face feeling super moisturized.  A couple of times I didn't use the cleanser and I noticed a significant difference in my skin's hydration.  Now I realize that the moisturizer as a "must do" to building a dewy looking complexion.  

Step 2. Saranghae Deep Radiance Essence + Serum

I call this serum  'liquid gold." The first time I used it I experienced a slight yet exciting tingling. It provided a clean and purifying sensation; it was really working it's magic!  I let it dry completely before Step 3.

Step 3.  Refresh and Reset with Saranghae Firm and Lift Cellular Regeneration Cream

Moisturize + Hydrate + Rejuvenate.  This cream is simply divine - rich but soothing.  I have noticed reduced redness and enhanced hydration.  Once I completed Step 3, my skin looks amazing (in my humble opinion). 

Step 4. Feast your Eyes upon Saranghae Focus Renewal Eye Cream

Applying eye cream is important and often overlooked. This eye cream plumped up and reduced my fine lines around my eyes.  After Step 4, I apply a light foundation and concealer.  But lately, I have noticed needing  less foundation and concealer and what I do use glides on easily.  Face goals - right!

Step 5. Saranghae Elemental Essence Mask - its a vacation for your face.

When I think of Korean Skin Care, this is what comes to mind and it is my absolute favorite step.   I used this particular product once a week and felt it's soothing,  nourishing affects after only 15-20 minutes per application.  They say it's a vacation for you face and I whole heartily agree.  They are packaged six to a box for $49.99.  I plan on buying a couple boxes and give individual masks to girlfriends for the holidays  They are going to LOVE me (more)!

Bottom line, the Saranghae Korean 5 Step Anti-Aging skin care routine is all about healing, regenerating and protecting your skin.  Hydrated dewy skin signifies healthy skin, no matter your age.  Who doesn't want that?
