I recently ate at a fabulous vegetarian restaurant in Omaha called Modern Love. There was not a shred of meat to be had but the Lentil Beet Burger tasted like a good old beef patty. Don't miss the Roasted Brussels Sprout Aoli or the Seitan Gyros. Next time I doing the Mac and Shew (cauliflower and red pepper cashew cheese). Wine lovers don't fret they have a full menu of wine and cocktails.
