My recent stay in Nice, France was fabulous to say the least. Here I am in front of the Nice Opera House set right in the middle of Old Nice.
Staying just steps from the Promenade des Anglais, it's few minutes to the boardwalk that skirts along the beach where there are numerous beach clubs in which you can rent a chair for the day. Beach clubs are a tradition along the Cote d'Azure where there are cabana boys who will bring you a Perrier or a glass of Rose while you tan. Or take in lunch at a beach club restaurant where you can dine with a fabulous ocean view and ogle the beach go-er's as they enjoy the endless sunny days.
I usually stay at the Hotel Suisse, It's a 4-star hotel overlooking the blue waters of the Bay of Angels. From sunrise to sunset, there is the promise of a breath-taking view of the sea.
The hotel is, also, just steps from LE VIEUX NICE here you will find a pedestrian street lined with restaurants and an open air markets day and night .
The restaurant Le Festivial de la Moulle is my go to place for Moulle et Frites in the LE VIEUX NICE.
LE VIEUX NICE is filled with beautiful spots where you can capture the perfect vacation shot.
But, then what about the architecture?
And, at night the LE VIEUX NICE packed with fabulous people watching and I felt super safe walking the streets solo.
Time to sleep but not before celebrating with a little bubbly!!
